U.S. Customs and Border Protection C-TPAT program has implemented the C-TPAT Security Link Portal and it is now operational
All C-TPAT members are required to post their current security profile in the structured format available on the portal. For C-TPAT qualified Importers the required information must be updated by August 1, 2006.

CPB has indicated those C-TPAT Participant's who fail to provide the information by the required date will result in the loss of C-TPAT Benefits and the member's application will be considered withdrawn.



To reaffirm your commitment to the C-TPAT Program the following must be completed as per CBP.

All C-TPAT participants must access the C-TPAT Security Link Portal and reaffirm their C-TPAT Program commitment by completing the following:

1. Visit the C-TPAT Security Link Portal: https://ctpat.cbp.dhs.gov/

2. Logon using your registered email address and temporary password provided via email to the C-TPAT contact in an email issued to the contact from CBP.

(NOTE: If the participant has not yet received an email from the industry.partnership@dhs.gov providing a username and temporary password an email should be sent to that email address to obtain logon information.)

3. Once you have logged on, create a new password.

4. Update all company profile information as required.

5. Complete the C-TPAT supply chain security profile commitment in the structured format.

The supply chain security profile is subject to review and approval by the assigned C-TPAT personnel.
